Prairie Energy Cooperative is committed to community and economic development. We have created industrial parks in Garner, Goldfield and most recently in Clarion. We constructed a 20,000 square foot speculative building at the Touchstone Energy Park at Garner and have committed to the construction of a speculative building in Clarion.
We believe in using the latest technologies and innovations to enhance and improve our services. We have installed automated meter readers for 100% of our territory, we have alliances with neighboring cooperatives allowing us to diversify using the specialization of employees, and we maintain a formal technology needs assessment process.
We also have a Key Accounts Program in place with a full-time Key Accounts Manager who identifies the needs of our Key Accounts such as aggregated billing, energy audits, thermograghy and compressed air audits to name a few of the many services provided.
We strive for customer satisfaction and are committed to providing the best service possible at the lowest cost to our member-consumers using the Touchstone Energy Cooperative Values of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Commitment to Community as our guideline.
