Your REC is a true cooperative. We are a private, nonprofit electric utility owned by our members. Our membership covers a range of homes, farm businesses, and commercial consumers in Allamakee, Clayton and Fayette counties, as well as portions of Bremer, Winneshiek, Chickasaw, Delaware and Dubuque counties here in Iowa.
